Our Bennett Valley kitchen had a wall we assumed was structural and a floor that sloped an inch and a half. Mikara priced the real scope up front instead of discovering it halfway through, and the estimate held to the end.

We bought a place near Railroad Square built in 1889 — knob and tube everywhere, no foundation reinforcement, nothing square. They opened the walls, showed us exactly what was there, and rebuilt it properly without stripping the character we bought it for.

They added a 400 square foot primary suite onto our Rincon Valley ranch house. What I valued most was the expense tracking — I always knew where the budget stood instead of waiting on an invoice to find out.

Mikara managed our new build on a rural parcel outside Windsor, from septic and grading through final finish. They coordinated the engineer and the county so we didn’t have to, and the site work was sorted before it became a problem.
